Alex Chapman established his company AWC Car Detailing, back in 2015 when he himself was just 15 years old.
He had the passion to work for himself and this is how it all happened.
He started with a small amount of $15 as his fee for each car but now the boy charges $4,000 per treatment.
He started it off by cleaning cars with shampoo and sponge, in the driveway oh his parents but now owns a company to his name. He gives treatments to all cars like Lamborghinis, Porsches, Rolls Royces, and Ferraris.
Alex was too young when he started the business and he says that it was nowhere near easy for him to start it off. He said that for his first ever client he went for the wash with his father.
When he arrived at the place the client told his father that he thought his father would bring a van. The client thought his father would wash the car up. When he said that he is going to do the job, the client told him that he was too young for it and asked them to leave.
He says that his parents have been very supportive in the journey but it was hard for them as well as the entire world to take it seriously because he was too young for it.
Alex says that he is extremely proud of himself because he has come a long way. To start up his own business was not at all an easy deal.
He said that his elder siblings were both into studies but it was not his calling. He dropped out of economics school because he had his business plan in his mind.
He used to order earphones from China and then sell it in his school. He sold sweets as well and kept a record of all of it. He now wishes to become an inspiration and motivation for all the young people who want to start their own business.
He says that everyone needs motivation and he will be grateful to become someone else just like someone was his.
