Woman Started A Workout Routine To Get In Good Shape After Divorce


Losing weight and getting in a good body shape is an undoubtedly painkilling thing to do.

You have to be careful of your diet, exercise hard, and have a self-control.

In 2011, Kailin, who was at 196 pounds, decided to lose her weight and raise her self-esteem. Then, she started to workout.

As her husband was in the Navy at that time for nearly four-month, her journey to get in shape was secret to her husband because she wanted to surprise him. She was so excited to show him the transformation of her body when he gets home.

Kailin ate healthier food and did cardio workouts such as P90X and Insanity during the plan.

However, her world just broke down when she got an e-mail from her husband.

During the eighth week of her diet and workout plan, Kailin got a divorce e-mail. Her husband said he wanted to get a divorce with Kailin via e-mail and she couldn’t hold her tears.

It was hard for her to stay in the plan but nothing could stop her.

“If I can do this being a military wife with a husband deployed, and on top of that this morning finding out that he wants to divorce me, then anybody can get out and do their workout,” she says with tears in her eyes on the video below.

Even after a divorce, she continued to record her workouts and posted on YouTube Channel.

She admitted that she was overweight during the marriage and finally changed her inner and outer self.

4 years and 2 days later, she got her shape and was ready to participate in her first fitness competition.

Her transformation is definitely stunning.

She says, “To stand in front of this mirror and see what kind of work I put in and see it in front of me is something I never, ever, ever thought I could do when I was 196 pounds. If you’re a woman and you’re not confident, I want you to realize that you are amazing, and you are beautiful.”

Her effort finally showed the result and I’m so happy for her! She not only gets in the shape that she has wanted but has a high self-esteem.
