Niketa Bell, a health care assistant from Carlisle, Cumbria 25 years of age, lost her pregnancy which was catastrophic for her because she conceived after almost four years.
Her husband named Mark who was 30 years old suffered a birth defect, in which it was hard for the couple to have a baby through the normal procedure because Mark had an issue with the ejaculatory duct.

Niketa took in vitro fertilization treatment after losing much of her weight as recommended by the local GP, in which egg is fertilized in the laboratory after taking out from ovary.point 152 | According to Niketa, IVF was quite hard and painful for her as in the first round after almost twelve weeks she lost her pregnancy.point 260 | 1
Niketa and her husband endured the loss and it was miserable for her. As they missed a prospect and it was painful for them she told that she asked her husband that she will not go for IVF as it was painful for her. After miscarriage Niketa got sentimental and later she mustered up the courage and decided to take second and last round of IVF.
