A social media user commented: ‘Another one for prison. Hope you have fun with your new inmate friends’, to which Smith replied: ‘I LOOKED IN THE CELL NEXT TO ME AND ITS THE ICE CREAM GIRL.’

Another commented: “I don’t like the feds but god I hope they get you”.

But when one person asked “has anyone reported this degenerate to the @US_FDA [US Food and Drug Administration] yet?” a defiant Smith tweeted, “do it, baby, I know the law”.

A friend of Smith’s, a YouTuber named Larz, claimed on Twitter: ‘I started the trend of opening products without buying them.’

The incident was reminding us of a recent incident happened a few days ago, at a Walmart supermarket in Texas when a teenage girl was caught on camera licking a tub of ice cream before putting it back in the freezer.

Police said, the teenager could face charges of tampering with a consumer product, which can come with a prison term of up to 20 years, and a $10,000 fine.
