Adam Sandler’s new film Uncut Gems is already hitting the best scores as it was premiered at the Telluride Film Festival this weekend way before the release date which is set in December.
We have all seen Adam and his hilarious movies. They are not generally the top-notch ones but the kind you would love to watch on your day off, sitting in the living room, holding your tummy because it has started to hurts as you could not stop laughing.
But it appears that his new film that is in line for the release is a lot different from all his past work but is definitely a Gem of a piece as the name suggests.
The movie is about a New York City jeweler (Adam Sandler) who is always on the look for his next game where he can hook up to something massive.
The movie follows a thriller genre line and Adam is looking stunning, different but stunning.
The sad part is, there is no trailer out yet that we can watch and satisfy our greed of watching the clips but if we put our trust in Rotten Tomatoes, it is defiantly going to be a great piece.
Well, we don’t need the trailer really to get the blood rush because the critics are already doing it.
Peter Debruge, a critic from Variety wrote that the Uncut Gem is like being trapped inside the brain of a lunatic and watching and listening to everything terrible and weird he thinks of doing.
Another critic wrote that he had been well known of Adam’s jokes and this is what was keeping him filled with fire till now but after watching Uncut Gems we are through with his another side that does not need jokes to keep the fire blazing. He is remarkable.
Well, this is all said and now we cannot wait for the movie to come out.
