Trans Activist Outraged After Gynecologist Refused To See Her

Jessica Yaniv, the trans activist who has previously gone viral for suing multiple estheticians and causing the downfall of several businesses, is once again outraged after a gynecologist office refused to provide their services to her.

As the 32-year-old advocate for transgender people argued, she was left “hurt,” “confused,” and in shock after the office she called told her they didn’t accept trans patients.

“Are they allowed to do that, legally? Isn’t that against the college practices,” she tweeted after the unsuccessful phone call.

In her controversial tweet, Jessica also tagged College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia who allegedly confirmed that the actions of the gynecologist office were discriminatory.

“College staff never offer opinions on specific situations discussed over the phone with patients. As is normal practice, staff refer callers to practice standards to guide them in making their own decision about whether or not to file a complaint against a physician,” CPSBC said in a statement.

“In this instance, the caller was directed to a practice standard, Access to Medical Care, which addresses discrimination. This in no way was a validation.”

Following the confirmation she was looking for, Jessica promised to “file a complaint with you today about that clinic. Trans people need to be included, not excluded from society. Pre and post gender affirming surgery care is super important!”

Previously, Jessica has gone viral after filing a legal case against dozens of female estheticians in Canada because they refused to wax her male genitals.

Shortly after her suit, however, the BC Human Rights Tribunal has not only tossed Jessica’s case but ordered the activist to pay $2,000 to several defendants.

The ruling was announced by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms who represented five businesswomen that Yaniv has targeted.

“The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) is pleased to announce that the BC Human Rights Tribunal has ruled in favor of home estheticians’ right to refuse to handle male genitalia against their will,” JCCF statement read.

As the group revealed, the ruling was based on the fact that “human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax.”

In addition, the ruling explained how Yaniv’s actions were “disingenuous and self-serving” and how she “engaged in improper conduct” to try to push her agenda.

In her lawsuits, Yaniv was demanding to be compensated $15,000 from each of the female estheticians that refused to wax her male genitals.

As Sandeep confirmed, she was forced to close her home business after Yaniv filed a complaint against her.

Concluding, Jay Cameron of JCCF said that “self-identification does not erase physiological reality. No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies.”
