Group Of Tourists Who Didn’t Recognize The Queen Was Trolled By Her Majesty

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth is famous for trolling people – and she has done it numerous times.

A similar incident happened when the Queen was visiting her Scottish estate and a group of American tourists failed to recognize her.

Even though the 93-year-old British monarch is one of the most famous people to ever walk the face of the earth, the group still couldn’t guess who she was.

The Queen was having a walk in the grounds of Balmoral Castle, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, with her protection officer Richard Griffin.

Her Majesty was not in the usual ‘royal attire’ at the time and was wearing tweeds and a headscarf when she bumped into the group of tourists.

The Americans, not knowing who they were talking to, asked her if she was a resident of the locality and the Queen thought it was a perfect time for a troll.

She told them that she had a house not very far away.

The next question was even more of something you are not supposed to ask Her Majesty. They asked her if she had ever met the Queen.

The monarch, who was clearly in the mood of some more jokes with the unaware Americans, answered their second question pointing toward Officer Griffin, saying: “No… but this policeman has.”

Officer Griffin has been working closely with the English Royalty for the last 30 years.

In an interview with the Times, Griffin said that the group continued their walk after the encounter with the Queen and remained totally unaware of who they just crossed paths with.

This incident is not the only one of its nature. It’s because the Queen likes to live low-key when she’s at Balmoral Castle.

While she appears in her signature attire filled with color in the public, she resorts to a simpler and casual look while she’s at the Balmoral.

The Balmoral Castle is one of the many residencies held by the crown of the UK and has been in service since 1852.

The castle has a colossal 50,000 acre of grounds surrounding it. As an active residency of the royalty, the castle has its own farmland, forestry, and a number of deer, cattle, and ponies.
