In this Life Organized’s episode, Barbara visits Jared and Adam from OGTV’s Joy Story. She shows them how a small kitchen space can be modified in a way that it still lets them have fun while cooking.
Barbara is a professional organizer whose works to help her clients streamline their lives by reducing clutter for greater enjoyment.
Barbara’s company, Resourceful Consultants, saw its presence in the Today Show as well as the New York Times. Secrets of an Organized Mom, her book has also been the winner of Mom’s Choice Award in the past.
In the episode, we can see how packed is their small kitchen. Barbara first takes everything out from the cabinets and drawers and separates all the items.
The couple’s pantry was reorganized in the process and Barbara also used the spaces that were underutilized to declutter their kitchen top.
She also put labels for easy identification.
She also gave an important tip where she said that she takes pictures of items inside a cabinet or a drawer and then leaves the picture inside of that cabinet.
This way, people can avoiding messing things and their places up.
