Brimming nature from every corner, a beautiful farm in Millbrook, Ontario, houses cows and calves intending to offer them a natural habitat.
With lush green pastures for grazing, serene ponds with freshwater and forest at the backdrop of the meadows, this farmland has become one of the become a great place for the cows and their calves.

Cows can wander over the expanse of the farm stretched over acres. Keeping a close eye on the cows, farmer stay at the farmhouse atop the hill.
This farmland prioritizes the herd health and happiness over anything. The farmers’ main aim behind starting this farmland was to keep the herd as close as possible to nature and offer them a natural habitat.
Today, there are about 45 cows and 25 calves on the farm. The calves are given unique as they require all the necessary care and nutrition in order to grow into healthy beings. Calves are nursed from the mother cows for months before they start eating grass in the summer.
They are allowed to play around the meadows to strengthen their immunity. These calves spend the majority of their time nursing, exploring running, or sleeping.
Farmers also step into the meadows to witness the calves play and nurse in joy. Special care and attention are given to the calves as they are little and doesn’t know the limits of meadows.
There are chances that they can forget the direction and get lost in the forests. Therefore, someone always accompanies the calves to look after them when they are in the field.
The calves will be a part of the herd over a year. In summers, the herd of cows will be joined by Gus, a big black bull. Gus wanders in the meadows, and he is big and strong enough to scare the mother cows and their calves.
