Have you ever happened to break a bone? It hurts as much as you could imagine and it takes good 3 months to get the bones joined back.
Now imagine your bones being so fragile that you break one almost every month. Horrible isn’t it?
Meet Moin Junnedi, a 20 years old man who has is a swimming champion and to date has broken over 300 bones in his body. Astonishing isn’t it?

This young man was born with a genetic disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, the disease is commonly known as ‘brittle bone disease.’
The genetic disorder makes the bones very fragile and makes them break with the most ease. It must come out to him like a major vulnerability but we sure know he does not let it be one.
Moin Junnedi is a student who lives in Karnataka, India and he chose a career in swimming.
He said that ever since he has started swimming his life has changed. He has friends now and he does not have to spend all his time at home just watching TV.
His mother Kouser said that when Moin was born the doctors told her that he only has 3 days to live but he lived and is making everyone around him so proud.
She says that he has inspired and motivated several people.
His coach Umesh Kalghatgi, who has been training him says that he saw him for the first time at a government event back in 2009 and instantly understands the pain that Moin would be in.
He said that he knew then that only swimming can help him and lower down his pain. Ever since they started training, he said that the 20 years old man has been his star student and has won more than 22 medals in swimming till now.
