Everyone is well acquainted with the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his luxurious lifestyle.
Both his kids have experienced the same luxurious life and have become the heir to his fortune.
But to everyone’s surprise, the eldest son, Jack Ramsay has been reportedly joined the Royal Marine as a recruit earning £ 18000 a year.
Without any publicity or donation, Jack, 20 started the 32-week training last year. According to reports, if he remained diligent and passionate about it, he can soon earn the coveted Green Beret.
Owing to his school education and A-level result, he was listed as marine than a young officer. He would have to learn skills from the recruits of tough working-class backgrounds.
According to the spokesperson at the Royal Marines’ Commando Training Centre at Lympstone, Jack has made a great and have become popular already.
It was further added in the comment that Jack will be treat as just another marine recruit, there will be no nepotism or favoritism on the basis of his celebrity status.
On his selection, the proud father gave him a Rolex watch worth £10,000 for his 18th birthday. Jack has done his efforts to cultivate his lifestyle as a marine recruit.
He also swapped his designer clothes with the military-themed one. Jack shaved off his head with a view to making a career in Britain’s strongest military units.
Jack is all set for his physical training that will include assault courses, gym tests, endurance marches, etc.
He was physically active during his school days as he used to play rugby and even competed in water polo, triathlon and judo.
It would be interesting to see how Jack who was raised in a luxurious environment would survive the military drills and serve the nation.
