Police are now contacting two elderly retirees who have been accused of setting dangerous traps for cyclists travelling in their vicinity during these lockdown times.
This was put in place after a mountain biker Nathan Cartwright recently found a trail blocked with rocks and branches. The duo is consisted of former parish councillor Anna Hacket-Pain, and retired teacher Wendy McLachlan, both 62, was actually there on the spot, giving lectures about why the bikers should have stayed within home. Cartwright argued that he had every right to travel there since it was only a mile from his own home too, and that the two ladies had no business sticking up themselves too, as residents from separate households are forbidden to coalesce. The video that he took of the incident went viral, and his father have officially made a claimant to the local police.
