Regular Exercise Makes People Happier Than Money, Research Showed

Oxford and Yale recent researched on more than 1.2 million American men and women, they researched on the basis of income, mental wellbeing, and physical activity.

And research says that happiest people were those who exercised daily, whether they earn more than $25,000 a year.

According to the research daily exercises were seen in bad health for just 35 days a year, while those who did not exercise regularly were found in poor mental health in 53 days each year.

This cross-sectional study, published in The Lancet Psychiatry, analyzed data from 2011, 2013, and 2015 editions of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System survey.

They compared regular exercisers and non-active people, and the authors of this study noted that they used a specific matching process to balance the context of various variables such as groups, gender, age, salary, BMI.
