Parent is the one who is always blamed when a child doesn’t follow the path of their morals, then why is a parent being blamed of social humiliation when all he is trying to do is teach a lesson of consequences to his daughter.

Doesn’t a parent has the right to punish their children when they make a mistake or intentionally does something wrong to others?

This father from Ohio was doing exactly the same when his daughter forget how to be morally faithful and kind to people, but parenting experts on the internet stated it otherwise.

They called the act as social humiliation and that the little girl will be adversely affected by it.

The father, Max Cot recorded a video and shared it on social media.

He was standing behind the camera making the video as his 10 years old daughter Kirsten walks beside his car on the road. He said in the video that my daughter is enjoying her 5 miles walk to the school in 36 degrees weather as she was kicked out of her school bus for bullying and restricting other students from entering the school bus.

He also added that he knows a lot of parents out on the internet are not going to support him in what he is doing to punish his daughter but it is all right to him and he is just trying to teach her the right lesson.

To answer the same, he wrote in a Facebook post “I am a father and I am doing my parenting duties here. I am just trying to teach my daughter the life and actions have consequences and that they should not be taken as lightly.

I don’t find myself wrong in any sense as I punish my daughter for being bad. She has to be kind to people and that is what I am teaching here right now.

I am trying to teach her that being a self-centered and a mean person is just not right, and I do not hold myself guilty of anything here when all I am doing is to make my daughter a good person.”
