A fuming dad has gone viral after sharing a photo of his hidden message to teachers that he placed in his daughter’s lunchbox.
As the father-of-three explained, his daughter was told off at school for eating some sweet treats before finishing her carrots.
After learning of the confrontation with the girl’s teacher, the angry dad formed a message in which he told the teachers that his daughter can eat whatever she wants.
The message was taped to the inner side of his daughter’s lunchbox, waiting for the child’s meddling teacher to “stick their nose where it doesn’t belong.”
“Welcome to Isabelle’s lunch box! We are aware of the contents of this box and are happy for Isabelle to eat whatever she wants,” the father’s message read.
In his viral video, the man added: “It’s alright if you eat the chocolate cake the school gives you but if you put one in their lunchbox they go ‘oh no you shouldn’t have that.’
“In short stop telling kids what they should and shouldn’t eat, let the f***ing parents decide.”
He also explained that his daughter has been reluctant to take her lunchbox with her to school ever since the embarrassing talk with the teacher.
After the issue went viral on social media, the dad was applauded by countless parents who believe that teachers shouldn’t have a say in what their children eat.
“Sick of schools being able to dictate what kids eat! Do they check all the teachers bags to make sure they’re not bringing in junk?” someone wrote.
“My son’s primary school used to go round taking stuff out! Let them eat! It’s better than nothing!” another said.
A third ranted: “This literally winds me up so much! Kids have minds of their own and can choose what they want to eat! You obviously approved everything in there!”
