Olivia Newton-John Revealed That Her Tumors Have Shrunk After Using Natural Remedies And Medicinal Cannabis


Olivia Newton-John, 71, told her fans that her stage-4 breast cancer is ‘going away’ after using natural remedies and medicinal cannabis.

In an interview with The Sunday Telegraph, the singer said that her health improved significantly.

“My tumours are receding or they’re going away or they’re staying the same, on a Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer — that’s pretty amazing,” she told the publication.

“If I hadn’t had the experience I’m having with cannabis I wouldn’t be able to talk about it.”

Olivia explained why she’s advocating for medicinal cannabis use. “For me the proof is in the pudding and I’m the pudding.”

She also said that the medicinal cannabis helped her with both sleep and pain.

Olivia also said that a ‘holistic combination’ helped a lot.

It was in 2017 when she was diagnosed with her third bout of cancer after she managed to beat the disease two times in 1992 and 2013.

The actress said during the Wellness Walk and Research Run in Melbourne: “I’m right here, right now, alive and healthy.

“I was flat on my back in the centre [the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre] and this year, through treatment and medicinal cannabis, I am feeling fantastic.

“I hope to be able to soon offer that to everyone – that’s my dream.”

In an interview with Australian 60 Minutes, Olivia mentioned her use of medicinal cannabis.

She has been fighting the disease with cannabis grown by her husband, John Easterling. She described the plant as a ‘safe alternative’ after “months and months of excruciating, sleep-depriving, crying out loud pain.”

Olivia said: “When I broke my sacrum, I was on morphine because the pain was intense.

“I was terrified of starting it because I know it’s a hard thing to ween off but I am now off it and I weened myself off it with cannabis.”

The actress said that her doctors also supported her decision. “It’s not a drug. You see, that’s the problem. That’s a name thrown around with cannabis – it’s a herb and a plant,” she expressed.
