Koreans are to be alert for the decisions made abruptly by the US and North Korea.
South Korea has accused North Korea of firing two unidentified projectiles. These two projectiles were fired off from the east coast without any confirmation to the Pyongyang of the launch says South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The projectiles were fired on Wednesday from the Hodo peninsula without any confirmation from Pyongyang regarding the launch of these projectiles.
Also, the projectile was fired exactly after a week of secretive launch of another pair of missiles which happened under the tight and secret supervision of Kim Jong-Un.
The tests conducted then were warnings about the military drills planned with US in South Korea said the dictator. He also said that these were tactical weapons that were designed with the advanced and latest technology.
The launch that happened on the Thursday was the first one after the nuclear discussion that had taken place between the US president Donald Trump and Kim. Also, a senior US officer said that Kim had received mementos from Trump the last month.
Also, the officers said that there were photographs of the meeting that happened between Trump and Kim.
The official had to maintain anonymity because there wasn’t authorization to be addressing these things in public. The missiles flew at a speed of 430 miles and went straight down to the ocean from the Sea of Japan.
Also there were expert opinions about the missile resembling the Russian made Iskander, a short-range, nuclear missile one of the best.
Also, some of the other experts said that the missile is pretty much similar to the KN-23 that was tested in North Korea during the month of May.
The range of the new missile is very impactful and powerful and it has the ability to put the whole South Korea and Southern Japan down. However, the low-altitude flight makes the missile difficult to cut-off.
Also, South-Korea has made a statement that they are maintaining readiness in case if there are any further and additional launches. There are also warnings from North Korea to freeze upon the nuclear and long-range missile tests in 2017.
However, the February summit that happened in Vietnam failed miserably due to the failure in reconciliation of differences. The Pyongyang’s were not able to mee the expectations made by Washington.
