Tom Brady has been getting mocked on social media after his team suffered an embarrassing defeat on the field.
In a fiery speech, the superstar quarterback was seen scolding his Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammates and bringing out the F word.
“You’re so much better than the way you’re f***ing playing,” he shouted.
The foul-mouthed rant and the Bucs’ defeat against the Steelers come just days after sources confirmed that Gisele Bundchen has hired divorce lawyers following a shock split with her football player husband.
The supermodel previously spoke out and made it clear that she wanted Brady at home with his family rather than on the field as she claimed that she had made her fair share of sacrifices for the family.
Things between the celebrity couple took a turn for the worse, however, when Brady announced his return to NFL just weeks after claiming he was retiring.
According to numerous sources, the decision angered the footballer’s wife and the couple spent several weeks apart before Bundchen hired divorce lawyers.
“She is playing offense and he is playing defense. He wants to protect himself, protect his interests, but he’s only starting to go the legal route in his defense from her,” one insider said after the couple’s split allegedly turned ugly.
“He doesn’t want this to be ugly, he doesn’t want to fight. If the divorce is happening — and it seems like it is — he wants it to go as smoothly as possible.”
Drawing a link between Brady’s recent split and the Bucs’ most recent defeat, social media users couldn’t help but mock the footballer for “sacrificing his family just to lose to Steelers.”
“I can’t believe Tom Brady chose losing to the Steelers over his wife,” someone wrote.
“Tom Brady sacrificed the love from his wife and kids to lose to Mitch Trubisky [Steelers quarterback]???” another said.
A third added: “Brady divorced his wife just so he could come out of retirement and lose to the Steelers.”
