On Thursday, Paltrow was found not liable in the 2016 Utah ski resort crash after 76-year-old optometrist Terry Sanderson accused the actress of crashing into him and knocking him onto the ground.

Throughout the trial, the Hollywood star maintained her innocence and insisted the elderly man plowed into her and not the other way around.

After just two hours and twenty minutes of deliberation, the jury reached a verdict in Paltrow’s favor and ruled that Sanderson wouldn’t be getting a cent of the $300,000 he was seeking.

“I felt that acquiescing to a false claim compromised my integrity. I am pleased with the outcome and I appreciate all of the hard work of Judge Holmberg and the jury, and thank them for their thoughtfulness in handling this case,” she said in a statement.
