It is strictly advised not to leave your kid in the car under the sun. It has been found that a stroller covered with a blanket has the same effect.

You might be thinking that it is quite logical to protect the baby from the glaring rays of the sun by covering him up with a blanket. The temperature inside the stroller might become higher than outside. It might even turn into a furnace.

A Swedish pediatrician said that covering the stroller causes bad air circulation and makes it difficult to see the baby.

An experiment was conducted to test this theory. A stroller’s temperature was recorded when the outside temperature was 22 °C.  The result surprised everyone when the stroller was covered; the temperature inside reached up to 34°C. Just after an hour, the temperature increased even further and reached 37°C.
