27-year-old Angelica Isaksen from Sweden was left fearing her breast implants would ‘fall out of her chest’ only weeks after a failed surgery in Turkey.
She said she decided to go to the unnamed clinic as many celebrities promoted it on social media and the price was very affordable.
Desperate to get her body back in shape, Angelica also had a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift during her one-week stay in Turkey.
However, she was not happy with the outcome as a few days later her right breast had increased in size, turning bright red. She went to the clinic but was told that the pain and discoloration were normal after the procedure.
After two weeks, she went back home in Sweden and the scar under her right breast opened up. The implant was also visible from the wound.
“It was so scary. I added pressure to it with a towel and started panicking as I could see the implant coming out. I was so worried in case it fell out on to my lap,” Angelica expressed.
“By the time I got to the hospital, it was pouring with blood [so] they took me straight in for tests.”
Doctors told her that she had contracted MRSA. Angelica stayed in the hospital for five days before she was sent home to wait for an appointment with a surgeon to get rid of the implant.
“MRSA is resistant to many antibiotics – I have become housebound and unable to look after my children. I have been through a horrific ordeal and [the clinic] are not taking responsibility for their actions – I have been blocked on WhatsApp and Instagram by them.
“The MRSA is still in my system and it will be until the wounds clear up. I went under the knife to get my body back in shape for bikini competitions but now I regret it more than ever.”
Back to a B-cup, Angelica is sharing her story to warn others against going for cheap boob jobs.
