1m, 45-year-old Neil Trotter has been confronted by 39-year-old single mom Dawn Sully who asked him to undergo DNA testing because she believes he’s the father of an 18-year-old son that he allegedly hasn’t been paying for ever since.

According to Sully, she got pregnant weeks prior to separating with Neil the mechanic. And now that she’s heard of his lucky breakthrough, she wants him to provide for 18-year-old Liam.

However, as the Mirror pointed out, Neil insists that he doesn’t even remember Sully or the child that she claims to be his.

“If Neil denies being his dad, I’d say, prove it, take a DNA test,” Sully told the publication.

She claims that Neil owes her approximately $130,700 to make up for the costs of bringing up Liam as he hadn’t coughed up any child support payments.

Even better, according to Dawn, would be if they could settle the dispute out of the court. For that reason, she texted Neil and suggested a $6.5 million out-of-court settlement.

“Last year I had bailiffs knocking on the door trying to evict me and Liam over unpaid rent. On the flipside, Neil is enjoying his millions without a care in the world.

“Liam is the spitting image of his dad, everyone says that. If Neil denies being his father I’d say, ‘Prove it, take a DNA test,’” Dawn shared.

Speaking of his potentially-estranged father, 18-year-old Liam said:

“I’m not after his millions, although if he decided to give me some I wouldn’t be complaining.

“I just want him to accept responsibility for me as his son. I remember telling Mum she would have been a more deserving winner, she works so hard. Despite that, I would still like to meet him one day.”

But Neil is determined not to budge under Dawn’s pressure. According to him, there are “loads of people” that approached him and asked for money after he won the lottery.

“I have had loads of people contact me on Facebook, I’ve probably got about four million kids in this country. Everyone wants a bit of money,” he said.

“I never remember a girl called Dawn Scully. I might have met her, I might have met loads of people, I haven’t got a clue. It’s 19 years ago.

“I never went out with her for a year, I can tell you that,” he added.

According to Sully, she got pregnant in May 1999, only weeks prior to their alleged separation. “We never had much in common so we grew apart and the relationship just fizzled out. When I found out I was pregnant I knew the baby was Neil’s as I hadn’t been seeing anyone else,” she said.

The single mom also claimed that she called Neil to share the news but he replied saying: “I told you I didn’t want any more kids, good luck and all the best.”

When asked about whether he would be willing to undergo DNA testing, Neil said:

“No, I bloody wouldn’t. If I open that, I open the floodgates for loads of people, I’d be doing DNA for the rest of my life.

“Winning this has been the worst thing I ever did. No one writes anything good about the lottery and that’s why no one in this country, big winners, will go public again.

“I’ve had loads of people after me; I owe them money for this and that. I’ve never owed anyone any money.”
