But a mother has come up with a very genius idea to keep chocolates hidden from her kids and people are applauding her for this trick.
A smart mom shared a trick to hide chocolate from your kids and it impressed all parents. Reportedly, the woman is from America and she shared her ‘genius’ trick with friends and family on Facebook.
In a post that has since gone viral, the mother shared two pictures. In one photo, the packet of frozen vegetables is closed, in the other photo it is opened and chocolates are hidden inside it.
She wrote: ‘Let’s see the kids find this stash.’ Her post went viral and garnered thousands of shares and likes.
Many parents were amazed by this genius idea and shared why they never thought to do it before.
‘I know where I’m hiding my stash of goodies from now on!’ one said.
‘I’m checking all the veggie bags when I get home,’ another said.
‘My mum has been doing this for ages, and hiding a whole bottle of alcohol in veggie bags too,’ one shared.
Another said: ‘This wouldn’t have worked in our family I loved my veg too much.’
‘Can you do this to me, please. My fat a** needs to step away from the snacks,’ one joked.
‘Mine go in the washing machine and tumble. They never ever go in there… freezers have lollies and ice cream so they go in there, the fridge is always on the go….so best place is washers and dryers,’ one smart person shared another trick, one shared.
Another said: ‘I hide things in an old weight watchers milkshake powder pot. No-one will ever look in there.’
