Creative Mom Renovated Their Junk-Filled Attic And Made A Cinema Room


For those who want to have their own cinema room, there is no need to wait until you become a millionaire! Perhaps there’s a room filled with junk that you can convert into a private theatre.

One creative mother has shared how she renovated their attic to make a family movie room.

Their attic was previously used for storing old items like cushions, old vacuum cleaner, and a fan. But now, it has a widescreen television and reclining chairs!

Samantha Turner shared photos on the Facebook group DIY on a Budget that show the attic finally cleared of junk and given fresh paint.

Furniture and stylish decoration were added, including a big-screen TV, a plush carpet, and four leather reclining chairs for the entire family.

In addition, she installed purple neon lights around the side of the room.

The family spent £350 on the chairs, £20 on paint, £120 on a new carpet, £20 on the lights, and £350 on their brand new 65” television.
