The fast-food chain has never failed to amaze its customers, be it introducing a tasty burger or a new sauce. And this time, it is a ‘crazy’ sauce presented in the best way possible.

Going by the name of Big Mac Special Sauce, it will be available in small packs of dipping pots. The new sauce will be launched in Ireland and the UK for a limited time.

Since the condiment will be provided for a limited time, you need to be really quick to have it. However, in case you couldn’t succeed in getting one for you, there is an alternative.

A chef named Miguel Barclay, who shared the recipe of homemade Big Mac last year, has been able to create the sauce at home.

Barclay used mustard, mayonnaise, and a small amount of tarragon to prepare the sauce.

Though the taste of Barclay’s sauce couldn’t exactly match the one from the McDonald’s, it’s still better to have a less tasty sauce than having none at all.

People who want to relish a similar sauce even after the end of its availability time can take notes here.

Speaking of the doppelganger burger, Barclay said it took just a few minutes to make it at home.

“The Big Mac is one of my favorite burgers of all time. I thought I’d give it a go as a bit of fun for my followers,” said the 35-year-old.

“It tastes amazing. The revelation for me was using 100 per cent beef and not messing with it as you get a much better result.

“People often over complicate things, especially chefs. They feel like they need to add loads of ingredients, but I believe in simplicity.”

Commenting on Barclay’s efforts of making a Big Mac at home, a McDonald’s spokesperson told The Sun: “We love that Miguel has had a go at recreating the Big Mac.

“We are definitely claiming some credit for how tasty his looks.”
