A 52-year-old man quickly went viral after he was filmed in a kebab shop calmly eating his meal in the middle of a mass brawl.
The clip, which was taken in a kebab shop in Portsmouth, quickly went viral as it was not the people fighting that caught everyone’s attention. Internet users were surprised by the man’s relaxed reaction.
Chris Hill also became a meme sensation after he continued eating his meal at Ken’s Kebab when a mass brawl started next to his table.
“I turned to see a man and shop worker throwing things at each other and then this tall guy kicked the food counter,” he told MailOnline.
The fight quickly escalated into a mass brawl involving two aggressive customers and many members of staff but Mr. Hill just kept his cool and calmly ate his meal.
“I thought about moving at one point but I was enjoying my kebab and chips… although the chips weren’t very nice,” he added.
The clip shared on Twitter shows a young man wearing a blue cap and grey top attacking a worker, who threw a pair of tongs as another male customer joined the quarrel.
Mr. Hill can be seen sitting at the table, holding his mobile phone while listening to the radio while watching the fight and enjoying his meal.
One internet user commented: “See, things would have been different had I been there. The drunken yob would have got such a good old-fashioned British clobbering, he’d have forgotten his own name.”
Another wrote: “They aren’t even hitting each other. Arms flying but no connection. What’s wrong with the youth these days. They can’t even put a bit of work into a good old fashioned tussle.”
