Dad Shed 3.5 Stone Weight In 16 Weeks By Making Some Simple Lifestyle Changes


Paul Harrison knew it was the right time to bring about a change when he found himself sitting in his living room with chocolate bar wrappers, empty cans of lager, and 2 empty bags of crisps near to his feet.

He not only was overweight but also found himself stuck in a rut and being a slob. Thus, he and his partner Louise pledged to bring about a change by ditching their unhealthy lifestyle and joining the gym for good.

In just sixteen weeks, Paul has dropped a whooping 46lb, weighing from 16st 12lb to just 12st 8lb.

Not only Paul has benefitted from the health kick but he has started insisting that his family also stays fit. He lets his kids play Xbox only after they go out for a healthy walk.

The forty-one-year-old floor layer from Astley near Wigan said that he was sick of being a slob.

He told that he was living on fast food, and always consuming on the go. So if he was hungry, he would stop at a petrol station only to grab a bag of chips and a chocolate bar to keep him going till he got home.

He admitted to drinking too much, snacking all the time, and going out a lot. He said that he would get 6 cans of lager if football was going on for no reason except that the television was on.

After joining the gym, they were provided with a nutrition plan and intense training sessions every week. Soon their mindset changed and they started to stock uploads of vegetables, fish, and lean meat instead of chocolate bars, fast food, and beers.

His mantra has been clean eating, exercising, and walking 15,000 steps every day.
