A gym employee was recently fired from his workplace after he was allegedly caught groping a female fitness instructor as she lifted weights.
Local media outlets confirmed how the woman was reportedly harassed by the gym employee. Shockingly, however, this was not the first time that the incident had taken place, the woman confirmed. The only difference between now and the past is that it was captured live on camera, she explained.
The TikTok user says she was busy doing her usual squats and weight lifting routine when the incident took place. In the same way, she says that she was filming her exercise for her followers when all of a sudden, the employee came up from behind and groped her bum.
The woman was identified as a 22-year-old named Fern who works as a fitness instructor by profession. Therefore, when the incident took place this time, she made it a point to share the footage on her TikTok account, asking her followers for suggestions on what to do next.
Surprisingly, the video went viral in an instant, with many calling out the employee for his horrifying behavior.
The woman then explained her entire situation via a couple of follow-up videos where she went on about how it wasn’t uncommon for him to just come around and grab her butt. She also captioned the footage with, “Please, I don’t know what to do because he is always doing things like this!”
However, there was a small majority of viewers who claimed that the incident appeared to be staged.point 205 |

Many termed the man to be a harassing pervert and as the video circulated around social media, soon rumors broke out about how the employee had been terminated from the gym.
