If you have ever pet a dog or are a dog lover, you must be knowing how much they love shoes. And for some reason, they have the habit of hiding or stealing shoes as well as footwear.
Well, they not only steal but also rip the footwear apart, at times. Or, they will chew your footwear endlessly only to cover it with teeth marks.
According to research, just like little human babies need something to chew while their teeth are growing, puppies love to chew shoes to get rid of the pain of cutting adult teeth.
An adult dog might be nibbling your shoe because of boredom or anxiety, or probably because of the human smell left in the shoes.
In this video, you will see a young pup admitting to her crime of chewing her owner’s flip-flops, hilariously.
This doggo seems to be guilty of her act and decides to hide. The video was shot on January 25, 2019, in Vilhena, Brazil.
The cute pup immediately hides after being called out for destroying her owner’s flip-flops. The hilarious video begins with the filmer entering the room filled with her two dogs, her mother, and her father.
Then the filmer asks if her mother knew who ate her flip-flop, to which, her mother responds by acting surprised and asks if it is real.
The filmer then declares that she wants to know who ate her flip-flops in a raised tone. Then she asks both of her dogs, Nevihna and Mel, by calling out their names.
Now the guilty Nevinha admits by raising her head and runs towards the filmer’s mother. Then, she hides behind the back of the filmer’s mother while poking her nose out. All this while, Mel does not move at all and manages her clean conscience.
