A therapy dog is not an unknown concept and you must be aware of how these therapy dogs make a person suffering from whatever it is, feel better just by showering their love and cuddles on the human.

Role of these therapy dogs has expanded through the years. The dogs or other therapy animals do not naturally have to be that good with the instinct, they can now be trained to perform therapy.

In some situations, these dogs help in fighting the anxiety and stress situations for humans and in others, they are in hospitals and nursing homes generally to make people relaxed.

The most difficult time in a person’s life is when someone they love dies. Yes, the amount of grief and pain drills a hole in the heart and the person can be left devastated. At such a time, the person will only need love and distraction from their pain.

He says “wherever I go for work or anything else, she is always with me. People are now excited to see me because she comes along. She is a lovely dog and she has the instinct to connect with humans.

She helps people to open up in the time of grief. There are times when humans are so enclosed and bound by their pain that they fail to express it to their fellow humans.

Jackie helps them with the same by giving such humans a way to express their pain.”

Ryan Scharfencamp says that dogs can be trained to perform therapy at funerals because this is the place where people need help the most.
