A tourist visiting Denmark, which caused a stir in the online platform shared a unique yet questionable picture of a pizza.
The tourist received a pizza that had the usual crust along with the tomato base, ham, cheese and then came those green sliced berries as toppings.
Once the picture of this pizza went viral, many food and pizza lovers are claiming to be an abomination. This is because, for the past decade foodies have argued and debated whether or not pineapple belongs on top of a pizza.
However, with the recent addition of kiwi as a topping used for pizza made many describe it as “unsavory” and some are very curious enough to try it.
Many expressed their disgust calling it to be the worst happening thing ever in 2020, but there are some who are supporting kiwi as a pizza topping. Many users in the online platform expressed their positive thoughts on that pizza.
They said that they can feel the sweetness, saltiness, and tartness, by calling it to be a good combination, when compared with cheese with grapes and berries.
Unlike pineapples and kiwis, the worlds’ first gherkin pizza was created by a pizza restaurant in Minnesota and it has taken the world by storm.
The pizza was covered with slices of gherkins as toppings and was covered with a dusting of Parmesan cheese. American food blogger and Youtuber, Lindsay Greene shared thoughts and opinions on the gherkin’s pizza.
Through a recent survey, many pizzas lovers have voted mushroom to be the best pizza topping, which stands at the first position with 65% of the votes.
Mushroom is also UK’s most favorite pizza topping, following it comes Onion (62%), Ham (61%), Peppers (60%), Chicken (56%), and Pepperoni (56%).
