Apes, as we know, are one of the coolest species on the planet Earth. They are cheeky, funny, smart, and powerful at the same time. They indeed are a hard contender to beat when it comes to being a fun creature.
Gandai, the five-month-old gorilla is no different. She was recently spotted at a United States zoo where she was found making poses for the camera.
The lowland ape was brought to her new mother for her better future. Gandai’s birth mother is deaf and isn’t capable of looking after the young animal.
Taking her to surrogate mother was already taken into consideration if things didn’t work out with the birth mother of Gandai.
The adorable ape will now be living in Florida at Jacksonville Zoo with her new mother Bulera.
Biological mother Kumbukawas given formal training of motherhood but her hearing problems became a major issue. Gandai would keep crying but Kumbuka couldn’t give her baby the required attention.
Many people on the internet adore the cheekiness of Gandai. She was snapped while she was making her step towards her surrogate mother.
Bulera was able to accept the baby quite nicely and was immediately attentive of Gandai’s presence. Experts have expectations from Bulera; that things will turn out well with her. And if they didn’t, then Plan C will be adopted to ensure Gandai’sneeds.
She will be taken to another zoo to be mothered. Although, Bulerahas experience of handling two such cases in her lifetime.
We are sure that the zoo visitors are in for a treat because Gandai is definitely going to entertain them a lot. All the male and young gorillas might have already started to make plans for impressing Gandai.
