Jeff Younger, the father of the 7 years old boy James Younger has won the case over mother Dr.
Anne Georgulas, who is a pediatrician and wanted her son to become a girl medically.
Jeff won the case that denied permission to the mother to stand and get the transition operation done on their son.
The mother said that it all started when he was just 3 years old and had shown interest in a girl’s toy for the first time at McDonald’s.
She said that he would act like Disney female characters and loved it and also liked wearing dresses often.
That is when she took him to a counselor and the counselor told her that they need to change the surroundings of the boy and it will be a better idea if he starts school soon.
The entire situation forced the mother to act upon her decision but the father did not want the same for their child.
Jeff and Anne had conceived through IVF in 2010 and had specifically asked that they want twin boys and then they had conceived James.
On the same, the father of the boy said that it was his mother who was forcing him into it.
He said that when James was a young boy, his mother had locked him and had told him that the demons come and only eat boys.
Again after that, the father said that his mother used to force him in wearing dresses and on the first day of his school, she shared a picture of him expressing how she was not happy with him going in as a boy when a counselor had told her to let him go to school as a girl named Luna.
