Now that Lewis was 26 years old so doctors suggested that only a kidney transplant could save him. But he was not ready to get a donation from any family member and to put them in risk. When Lewis went on dialysis his father told him that he is going to be a donor and then both of them went on surgery. The surgery went well and he asked to see his father because at first Scott told us that Lewis was not ready so his father did not inform him that he will be a donor to him for a month.

Whereas Scott was completely fine after the eight weeks of surgery and just had a few aches and pain. He did what any father could do for his children as parents can not see their children being buried. He further added that “ I would give my life for my son”.
