Every parent brings a good new bag to their children when they start going to school.
Some parents don’t send their children to school because of poverty as they can’t afford expenses.
But one father proved that poverty can’t stop you to give your child a better future. A farmer father made a backpack for his son with his own hands and it is really beautiful.
A teacher from Cambodia shared pictures of her student with his backpack which his father made for him.
The five-year-old NY Keng from Cambodia started going to a new school and his teacher Sophous Suon noticed his backpack which was unique.
She told BoredPanda: ‘’a simple school bag cost 30000 riels ($7) in her area and there are parents who are struggling to afford them. However, NY Keng’s father who works as a farmer decided to save money on a school bag and resorted to a much more creative option.’’
Sophous shared the pictures o her Facebook account and soon it went viral. People were blown away with the creativity of the father and found it very heartwarming.
“People said that it’s heartwarming, touching, cool and creative father, love this bag,” said the teacher.
According to reports, the father made the backpack using raffia string. The best thing about this bag is that if it gets dirty, it will be easy to clean it as it’s less absorbent than cloth.
Some people were so kind that they asked to offer help to the family. “Few foreigners asked for contact to send him the bags and my school leader already send his contact for them,” said Suon.
Social media users were so impressed and they praised the father for this masterpiece.
