17-year-old Jackson Racicot from Canada hijacked the intercom to announce his resignation in a cussword-filled rant.
The teen from Edmonton, Alberta grabbed the intercom phone and aired his complaints about the management over the shop floor.
“F**k management, f**k this job and f**k Walmart,” he concluded. Laughter and cheers rang across the huge supermarket as he quickly ran out of the store.
In a serious tone, Jackson stated: “Attention all shoppers, associates and management, I would like to say to all of you today that nobody should work here – ever.
“Our managers will make promises and never keep them and not only that they will preach to us about how they care about their employees.
“But about a month ago my boss assistant manager Cora called me a waste of time and management did nothing to help.
“Management will also try and save money every step of the way including cutting benefits of a full-time associate down to part time even though he worked 40 plus hours a week.
“I have been a loyal employee here for over a year and a half and I’m sick of all the bullsh*t bogus write ups and my job.”
After filming his speech on his phone, he shared it on social media and gained thousands of views from all over the world. He told the Star he wasn’t expecting people would actually watch it.
He said that after sharing the video, he has been contacted by numerous Walmart employees across the country who also share the same views.
