Beware! Eating After 7PM Can Put You At A Big Risk


While we have heard thousands of people saying this, following this can be a tough challenge especially in the time when the night strikes around one and that is the time when hunger strikes too.

So it means you are definitely going to have a bite because there is nothing more important than filling your hungry stomach right?

Well, it is the time you realize that the practice you have been carrying for such a long time now needs to end because if you are not eating at least 2 hours before you go to bed, it can get you into the risks of Cancer and heart strokes. You definitely don’t want that and neither do I.

To study the same, scientists collected data from 700 people who fell under the age group of 18 to 65. All these people had High blood pressure issue and they were chosen to see if there was a link what people eat and at what time they eat it at.

There were 4 factors considered majorly under the study. They were types of food consumed by the participant, amount of consumption of salt, the regularity of breakfast, time of the dinner.

Well, the study was carried out and as a result, it was found out that the people who ate early were healthier as compared to people who ate less than 2 hours before they go to bed. Such people had issues of high blood pressure which increased at the time they were sleeping.

One surprising discovery made out of this study was that the scientists found out that eating late is more harmful than consuming salty food.

To keep you healthy it is important to keep a track of healthy breakfast and lunch with a lot of fruits and veggies and the last meal of the day should be kept the light. This means it is better if you give enough time to your food to be digested before you go off to bed.
