Daughter Shared The Heartbreaking Picture Of Her Father Taking A Nap of 5 Minutes After His 10th 12 Hours Fight With Bushfires


It is no unknown fact that the Australian bushfire has taken a massive turn and it has been burning for a month now destroying the lives of millions.

The fire has wiped out more than 500 million animals by now with no fault of their own. Thousands and thousands of animals are injured and have no escape from the fire.

Almost 30 people have died in the fire too. More than 1400 families have lost their houses. Double the geographical area of Belgium, that it the area of land this massive fire has wiped out.

Thousands of volunteer firefighters have been fighting with this hazard for days and days. They are tired but they just cannot stop.

A woman named Jenna O’Keeffe who lives in New South Wales shared a picture of a father who had fallen down for a ten minutes nap in their lawn after the man returned from 12hr+ volunteering firefighting work for the 10th time consecutively.

She said that while her father was out working with the community, her brother was trying t put off the fire on their farm to protect their home.

She said “I saw my father cry for the first time. I have never seen him cry before. Today when he came back he sat there and broke down in tears.

He said that he has never seen such a thing in his life before and it is never-ending. He says that it is so massive that it cannot be stopped by human power. He says that he saw animals dying and it is breaking his heart that he could not save them.”

Australia still has more than 2 months of summer left and they are already in the emergency situation. We pray for Australia.
