A couple is planning to get married and start a family as a ‘throuple’ after finding a woman on Instagram.
31-year-old Rebecca Grossman and 37-year-old Dave Gilbert are in a relationship for more than a decade after meeting for the first time 12 years ago.
Five years ago, the couple started exploring polyamory when Rebecca introduced Dave to polyamory.
Dave said: “At first I was worried that it would take Rebecca away from me, but it didn’t. It’s actually worked for us.”
The couple went on to date many people but no relationship worked for them.
In 2018, 29-year-old retail assistant Karla Moreno came across the couple on a dating site but never messaged them as she was too shy to talk about it.
A year later, Karla messaged the couple on Instagram and asked them if they were interested in having a relationship with her.

Karla said: “I was definitely physically attracted to them, but it was also about what Rebecca said that they were seeking.point 112 | They were looking for equality in a relationship, which was what I wanted.point 174 | ”point 181 | 1
They chatted online for a week and then finally met at Scottsdale spring fashion show in March 2019.
After eight weeks, Karla moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where Dave and Rebecca live.
The ‘throuple’ are now planning to get married and start a family after celebrating their first anniversary as a ‘throuple’.
Rebecca said: “From that first date, all three of us were inseparable. We had this amazing connection. There are so many things I can’t give to Dave, but that Karla can give him, and vice versa.”
Rebecca said they all want the same things in life as they want marriage and children.
When Karla first stayed at their home for three days, they cooked dinner together and cuddled like a family.
The couple says Karla is the most beautiful girl they have ever dated and she makes them feel like home.
Karla said she initially thought Rebecca would not allow her to spend time with Dave alone but she was wrong as it was Rebecca who actually encouraged them to spend some quality time alone.
Rebecca said: “Sometimes it’s me and Dave, sometimes it’s Karla and Dave, and sometimes it’s me and Karla. When I see Dave and Karla together, it makes me happy to see them happy.”
She said their love is not selfish and they don’t feel jealous.
Rebecca says people think it’s only about s*x but that’s not true as they live like a normal family and are building a life together.
