Vic Young who is 73 years old hailing from South Shields, Tyne and wear a businessman and built a fleet of commercial electric vehicles and he the first one to do this work in Europe.

He has made a great innovation by converting the Nissan cars into a useful thing and that is taxis, ambulances, waste disposal trucks, and refrigerated box vans.

He has achieved this status from a lot of hard work but now his company has started receiving orders from all over Europe. He has got orders for fleets of ambulances and wheelchair accessible taxis.

As carbon emissions are rising so he urges everybody to turn towards electric and he has given a very affordable and cheap way out to the general public. As he provides these vehicles in North East UK and Europe but this holds its importance for the whole planet earth. Carbon emissions are dangerous for our future generations.

According to Vic the way he is producing electric chargeable vans is the first of its kind. These electric chargeable vans are not available in the market as these are made on order and Vic coverts these chargeable vans into vehicles. These are not even made in Europe or the UK and by any other company except Vic’s.

He compares his electric model with the diesel model and says that the lifetime of electric vehicles is more than a diesel model and his business saves 24,000 pounds on an average per van.point 274 |

They have an additional perk and that is you do not have to pay congestion charges, maintenance costs, and road taxes and upon that running is also reduced.point 129 | 1

The most important feather in its cap is the reduction in carbon emissions and air pollution as well. Vic is actually an electromotive engineer and joined his family business. He says that this transfer will help the government and the public as they can save money.

He started his in 1971 and says that this project can be made at a bigger level by taking the existing vehicles as well. We must appreciate Vic’s work and should think about global warming to protect our future generations.
