A terrifying ISIS video has emerged showing an eleven-year-old boy threatening to cut off the heads of his enemies before he and his 17-year-old brother rammed a vehicle into cops in Chechnya.
Mukhamad-Amin Akhmatkhanov, 11, pulled out a knife when he said he had been created “in order to lift up high the banner of Allah…with the help of blood.”
The young boy and his older brother Elakh were shot dead by police after they rammed a car into police in the capital Grozny.
CCTV footage reveals an explosion as the vehicle, driven by the 17-year-old, raced towards the busy intersection. Then, the Mercedes sped around a corner, hitting and killing a cop. It eventually crashed into a police car, injuring 3 policemen and a woman.
The two boys were shot dead by police seconds after the incident, with cops not realizing the attackers were youths.
Their bodies drenched with blood were later discovered on the road being checked by police.
In the video that was recently released, the boy is asked by a man recording the film.
The 11-year-old boy then replied: “Allah created me in order to lift up high the banner of Allah…with the help of blood.”
He claimed that the ‘law of Allah’ no longer holds sway in his country and ‘they are killing my brothers and sisters…’
The boy also promised: “As soon as we get to you, we will cut off your heads, and they will fly away…”
The car attack in August immediately killed a cop. The young boy controlled a bomb device that exploded sooner than expected in their vehicle but didn’t kill them. Reports say that they died from police shots.
