Generally, it is seen that people have adopted one or two children out of any reason.
It is difficult to raise foster children but this case is totally unique where a couple has adopted 32 children.
It is not the case that they do not have their own children they do have 6 biological children. The kids which they have adopted most of them have certain medical issues.
Among all these 38 kids 13 have moved out. They are no more dependent on Jeanne’s family.
So the story starts as a young couple who met at Christian summer camp named Jeanne and Paul they found that they have common interests.
They noticed each other on the first day of the workshop and since then they are together. Now Paul has also turned 64.
Paul told BBC that her husband wanted to adopt children and wanted to have a wife with similar interests.
She adds that she wanted to adopt and have kids since her childhood. She gets motivation by putting her faith in God and things work.
The first date of Paul with Jeanne was a babysitting job she just wanted to explain to him that she is interested in kids.
Although they had a likening for children but had no idea that they will adopt 32 kids they just simply want to provide a good home to every child and whenever they hear of any child they just pray to God and bring him home.
Not only these parents but now their kids have also started to adopt children as one of their daughter who has just moved on has 11 kids including biological and adopted.
She says that she had such a beautiful family in which everyone has cared. Every new child would change the dynamics of their family.
This family has adopted children from across the world without any discrimination and most of these have medical issues.
Since the children have medical issues so what they do is they have a very tough schedule and thus they are visiting doctors and surgeons most of the time.
Paul herself do the PT and their life is very well organized and systemized as Paul is very OCD so she keeps everything on place be it appointments or homeschooling.
They stopped taking more kids and kept on refusing but then upon insisting they take them as children have an idea if this couple wasn’t there then they would have been suffering.
As Joseph who is 29 years old and hails from Ukraine says, “Living at a home is totally different to living in an orphanage. Here the people care for you and provide you with everything.
Apart from workload, the family has to do a lot of groceries such as their goes up to $1,100 and now you must be thinking that how they manage it. So Paul does IT projects and along with that, they get tax credits every year.
They are asked by many how they manage to love so many children. So they reply as they take care of these kids provide them good food and medicine and love them because these things cannot be done without love.
Above all those kids know how much Biggs love them.
