Tragic reports have confirmed the death of actress Isabelle Tate, who passed away at the age of just 23.
The heartbreaking news was confirmed by her agency who shared that the star passed away on October 19. She was best known for playing the character of Julie in the pilot episode of 911: Nashville which was her first ever television series role, that debuted on October 9 this year.
She was born and raised in Tennessee and received her business degree from Middle Tennessee State University and was noted for her vibrant personality, musical talent, and volunteer work.
This was particularly true for animal shelters. From the age of 13, she was diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disease, which eventually gave rise to her use of a wheelchair, and she chose to write about her struggles, including the choice to embrace life instead of allowing the condition to define her.
While the exact cause of her death is yet to be shared publicly, her obituary and agency are requesting donations to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, suggesting that the illness might not have been connected to the rare genetic nerve disorder.
Her agency described her as a full of fire and a fighter, never once making excuses despite her many challenges.
