This is about a 10-year-old boy, Luca Calanni who died due to a cardiac arrest.
The boy lived in New York. The cardiac arrest was in response of the flu. It is also very disheartening to know that Luca was about to turn 11 years-old the next month only.
Although, the boy was in general very happy and healthy. He was also up-to-date with this vaccinations but the flu had hit him hard.
Luca was observed with some imperfect match for the B strain that caused a lot of children to fall ill.
It was said by the National Institute of Health. There are cased when children with such case also die. Same happened with the little Luca.
Luca was also taken to the doctor three times after it was confirmed that he has a flu.
The mother also said that the family took all the steps and precaution to save him and the fact cannot be denied that the little was updated with his vaccinations, too.
Luca was also diagnosed with a septic shock and was admitted to a children’s hospital.
He was fine in a few days and was observed stabilized but all of a sudden, Luca had a cardiac arrest and he died.
The family does not hold any grudges with the hospital as all the staff and doctors tried their best to save Luca.
Right after Luca’s death, everyone has been asked to stay extra strict towards their personal hygiene.
Reports also added that around 2,000 people were found suffering from same kind of flu. The flu had a 34% jump and is raising each day. Parents need to pay extra attention towards their kids and everyone is asked to stay vigilant.
The mother of Luca also said that Luca was a wonderful boy and he must not be remembered as a fflu-sufferer.
