This is an incredible story of a young boy who weighed around 30 stones but he made sure he changes it all and within a year’s time, he lost more than half of the fat from his body.
Kaya Tuncar is a 20 years old boy and a student at Manchester University. After his transformation when he went to his university, his professor took him for a completely new student.
Kaya is from Manchester, and while he was in the university, cheese toast, bacon butties, and take away food basically became his staple and he was literally living off it.
But he decided to change all of it when he started to have pain in his chest. His mom suggested to him Cambridge Weight Plan’s 1:1 Diet and he got onto it.
Kaya’s mother Michelle was 46 years old and she had lost 6 stones of her weight. This inspired Kaya and so he got down to changing his life.
Kaya said “I used to eat all the time and then it went to not eating at all in public. I ate toasties and cheese sandwiches and pizzas and basically everything that was dripping with cheese or was bread.”
“I was not confident in boy, I was rather ashamed of it. I had known my mother was worried for me and she was struggling with her own weight too.”
“When she started the diet I saw her taking control and then when she went for her first measurement she had already lost 12 pounds which were astounding and fantastic.”
“This when I decided that I need to take control over my body too and it feels terrific now. I love my body and it gives me so much confidence. I feel pride in my body now
The day I went back to University most of the students and even my teachers were not able to recognize how much I had changed.”
