Police in Kennewick, Washington State, released images of two women dressed as nurses stealing packages delivered to homes.
The shocking footage which has been circulated online shows one of the women wearing blue scrubs comes out of a burgundy colored car and reaches front porch to grab a cardboard box.
After stealing the packages, she runs back to her car with the box and flees from the place. The police are asking for help to identify the women as the Kennewick Police Department made an appeal on their Facebook page.
They wrote: “Officers are currently investigating a case of porch piracy and need your help. Both suspects have been reported as stealing packages delivered to Kennewick residences.”
“If you recognize either female or the vehicle pictured please contact non emergency dispatch at 509 628-0333 and provide KPD Case 20-16877- to clarify, both appear to be dressed as nurses and we do not believe they are actual nurses.”
“The nurses we are fortunate to know only give their time, lives, and take the vitals of their patients(not their property). Thank you for your help with their identification.”
People left furious after hearing about the incident as one wrote, “This is so sad – shame on them as well for dressing like our essential frontliners during this time. They probably also did so with the thought that if they were dressed like a nurse, no attention would be drawn to them especially when so many are ill due to the virus.”

“Prayers for the Kennewick police that they are caught soon, and instead of absolutely degrading a nurse’s uniform by using it for a crime that as part of their punishment that they become assigned to volunteer at a hospital where they can see how much they were making such important medical professionals- especially now during a pandemic- look absolutely horrible.point 511 |
