Well, this is the bizarre incident where a dog owner was asked for his dog’s driver’s license to get into his account.
Emily Doucet is a 33 years old woman who is a proud owner of her dog Max. She created an account for Max in 2010. She used it a couple of times then never tried logging in it.
After she got married, she decided to make the changes in Max’s name too. So she tried logging in his Facebook account but could not remember the password. She guessed and tried a few passwords but none was correct and Facebook then decided to block her.
She could not do anything and went to the help section. She was then asked for the account owner’s valid driver’s license to login into the account. She busted out laughing and decided to share the conversation on Twitter.
Well, the post went viral and people started sharing similar experiences they had.
One person wrote that he went to get prescriptions for his cat but he could not get it because the in charge of the shop kept asking for the person or the cat to come and sign for the prescription.
Another wrote that his dog’s account locked in the same way and it was attached to their business page and it came out as a major shock to them.
Emily Doucet said that she did not mind the rules but Facebook should have certain filters to check though the profiles and who it belongs too.
Anyway, all we can do is wish Max good luck for his driving test.
