It was only last year when Martina Big, a tanning addict, amazed people by announcing her goal to live as a ‘true African woman.

Now, the model who says numerous injections caused her skin to naturally change color, has a new objective, and that is to have the biggest boobs in the world.
Explaining that the melanin injections were experimental medicine designed to improve protection against skin cancer, her skin and hair darkened completely that Martina said she had ‘changed race.’ She also wanted to move to Africa and ‘be with her people.’
Her natural 32D breasts have grown to whopping 32S after 26 procedures. Her breasts became so big that she needs to have custom-made bras. This achievement has given her the biggest boobs in Europe.
The 31-year-old said to The Sun that she went under the knife again as she aims to have the biggest boobs in the world.
The 5-hour surgery replaced her previous implants with new and bigger models. But over time, they will be inflated with saline solution until they reach 20 liters in each side.
“At the moment my implants have been filled up to 6,000cc each side but in the next few months I am going to go up step by step until I reach 20,000cc – or 20 litres,” Martina said.
“I was surprised how fast my breast tissue stretched. If this continues to stretch so well, I will reach my destination faster than expected.
“You have to do it gradually as you have to see how the body reacts and the skin reacts over time. But it is not dangerous if it is done properly and my doctor is controlling it very well.”
Her boobs are now so heavy that she has to wear two bras to support her gigantic breasts.
“You can’t buy them so I have to get them made by a tailor. It is hard work for him as my bras have to be so big and stable,” she laughed.
Martina added: “I am very slim but I have big breasts – for the Guinness World Records, they count the difference between under bust circumference and over bust circumference and I need four more inches to beat her.”
