Woman Incredibly Sheds 596 LBS Through Medical Procedures


Milla Clark of Fayetterville, Tennessee has become the most successful patient on TLC’s My 600lb Life.

She started that show with a 751 lbs body but now weighs only 155 lbs.

After being bed struck for three years of her life, she was finally able to walk again. She had consulted Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, who has helped her in losing all her extra pounds.

Milla was bedridden for three years which she blames on a 43 lb lymphedema which is on her leg. It is a painful swelling which left her in a dire condition. She found herself unable to stand because of this lymphedema.

Milla had not walked by herself in around 13 years before she lost all those pounds. On the show, she repeatedly admitted that her life was in a miserable condition. She felt each day to be a burden as she had been trapped in those four walls for over two years. During these two years, she had not stood even once. All she did was sleep and eat.

She had always been a healthy child. But being young, she never gave much thought to it. When she was three, other children used to call her fat. She and her sister, both were well fed by their mother, as this was the only way their mother showed love to them.

Soon after high school graduation, she came in contact with Elroy. They got married, and it was his love, which made her forget about her obesity. They soon had a kid but were forced to adopt further because of her weight.

Instead of caring for her five children, it was her children who had to care for her. They cleaned her every day because they did not want her to contact any disease.

They moved to Houston, Texas. They got in contact with a dietitian. She lost 100lbs to be eligible for her surgery to remove her lymphedema. After that, she went under a weight loss surgery.

Throughout, she was incredibly dedicated and focused.
