A woman has opened up about her love story and revealed how she got sweet revenge on the girl that stole her ex-partner years ago.
As Jade Purvis from Scotland revealed on TikTok, she met her husband years ago as a result of the affair between her ex-fiancé and her husband’s ex-partner.
Going into details of her complicated love story, Purvis revealed how her ex-fiancé drove across the country only to have an affair with a woman who was at the time in a relationship with whom Jade now calls her husband.
After the cheating was exposed, Jade and the cheating woman’s boyfriend partnered up to get revenge on the cheaters only to fall in love with each other.
Three years later, the couple, who were cheated on by their exes, tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony. Seven years into their love story, Jade and her husband remain strong and in love with each other.
“Her boyfriend and I decided to get our own revenge. He drove 188 miles to see me,” Jade explained. “He’s not left. This was seven years ago, four years married. I think we win.”
After the revenge story went viral, people were quick to congratulate Jade on getting the best possible revenge on her ex and the girl that stole him from her all those years ago.
“Well they say everything happens for a reason! You two were meant to be together, hope you have many more happy years!” one person wrote.
“Well played. So glad you’re both happy with each other,” another one added.
Some people, however, didn’t think Jade was fully over her ex-fiancé because she’s still bringing up the past even though it happened years ago.
“If you still talk about him and that girl you didn’t win. You’re not over him,” someone wrote.
“So 4 years married and you’re still talking about your ex?” another one said.
